Living in Mexico is wonderful

FRACTIONAL OWNERSHIP on the beach!

It has been common for family members to buy a property together. Money is pooled and ownership is shared. Usage of the property is shared as well. Because airplanes and yachts have high price tags, buyers have pooled to purchase these items. In real estate, when people buy a property in common, it's called fractional buying. Rosarito Partners now is offering an opportunity to purchase a beachfront home with the fractional buying concept. 12 people can buy a brand new home together, each owning 1/12th of it and sharing usage time. It is a way for families to purchase a vacation home they can call their own without paying millions of dollars. If they use it for four weeks throughout the year, always having a week in each season, it is a great way to buy! At $79,950 per share, it makes a far away dream a reality while accruing equity in a rare piece of luxury property. A management company takes care of all the details of maintenance and upkeep while the family has time to just have fun at the beach!
