Prices are right on Thursday nights at the Palms in Rosarito. Take the Cantamar exit after passing Puerto Nuevo and presto the Palms Cantina is right there. It has a palapa roof and big signs saying Cantina. Can;t miss it. Thursdays are Ladies Days......all
