Ever dreamed of living in Mexico? Picture yourself in a hammock with a palm tree and ocean in the background? What's it really like? If you want to know, read my blog about retiring in Mexico....I'm living the life!
The weather in Rosarito is the best in the entire world. It never gets over 85 degrees and always has a breeze near the ocean. It is basically the same weather as San Diego.
We moved here from Oregon so we love the sun which allows us to live outdoors all year round. A courtyard that our house is built around allows us to be outside with great privacy. We use our courtyard as a living room. There is an olive tree right in the middle of it and we're surrounded by flowers that we care for....I also have a secret garden off the master bathroom that is wonderful! No one knows it's there. It has a fountain and lots of greenary and colorful flowers.....It's like a meditation spot that is private and peaceful.
We do not have the tropical climate that southern Baja has nor do we get the hurricanes. It's ideal!
