Baja Vineyards Haciendas

I have a client who has 25 acres in the Guadalupe Valley in Ensenada.
He is developing 5 acres into casitasa that will have a view of vines as they grow.
There are also citrus trees, cactus, bees and other "farm life" there. The idea
is to make haciendas that form a courtyard around a swimming pool in common.
Please let me know if you would be interested in owning  a "vineyard hacienda."
The vines will be cared for and owned by the current owner. You will own the house & land it's on but will get
to have that "Vineyard" life with  Mexican decor. The remaining 20 acres will remain in my
client's ownership and you won't have to lift a finger to care for the land other than your own.
It's like having your own vineyard without the work!

Would you like to own a little hacienda among the vines?
